Definitions/rules:
- Registered Member: Individual who has filled out the registration form. This person may be a fan, a competitor, support staff etc
- “Paid” Member: Individual who has registered and paid the Org member fee
- Competitor: Individual who owns their own kit and is capable of competing in the sport
- Support: Individual who actively works within the Org in a support role. Coach, Marshal staff, Authenticity Staff, Event Organizer, Event Staff, Team Armorer
- Club: 3 or more registered members
- “Voting” Club: 5 or more registered members with at minimum 3 “paid” members
- Club Representative: person assigned by their club to represent them.
- Team: Group of 5 or more fully equipped competitors who are members of a club.
- A club can have multiple teams and can be fluid in membership of the teams.
- Tracking of teams score and ranking though is assigned to the team not the competitors. IE PK peacocks cannot earn points for PK swamp foxes vice versa
- Club Votes: A Club can receive more than one vote when the following criteria is met
- 8 “paid” competitor members on a Team and a minimum of 5 “paid” competitor members on a second Team. This continues up to 3 teams. Beyond 3 times it is advised to form a new Club.
- Each Additional Vote the club must provide an additional Representative.
- Regional Representative(BOD member): will be elected by Club representatives within the specified regions.
